Homestead minimum rate is based on 5 people.
Cottage minimum rate is based on 2 people.
Additional guest (4 yrs of age and over): $50/night;
Includes GST, linen, firewood, plus complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates on arrival.
Children under 4 yrs: No charge though linen not provided. Single bed sheets and a bath towel may be hired - $30 per child for the stay.
The Homestead, and Cottage are not party houses.
Rates may change without prior notice.
Cancellations: Booking cancellations incur the loss of the booking deposit. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival and a replacement booking cannot be obtained, loss of 100% of the booking price will occur.

Included for the stay: bed linen, bath towels (please BYO pool/swimming towels) plus a portion of guest amenities - toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, conditioner etc.
Arrival and Departure Times. Check-in: 2:00 pm onwards; Check-out: by 11:00 am.
Securing a booking: a booking deposit in the amount equivalent to one night stay is normally required.
Full price bookings receive a complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates on arrival.
